Terms of Service

By accessing or using INVIT Network ("INVIT", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at invitnetwork.com, mobile applications, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and INVIT Network Ltd. Please read them carefully before using our services.

To use INVIT Network, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

INVIT Network is designed for founders, investors, and operators in the business and startup ecosystem. While membership is open to professionals across industries, our platform, events, and content are tailored for this community.

Membership to INVIT Network is application-based. We review every application and reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any authentication tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. INVIT Network shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

INVIT Network offers multiple membership tiers, each with different levels of access:

• Free — basic access to the platform, community feed, and selected public events.
• Plus — enhanced access including priority event booking, expanded networking features, and access to member-only content.
• Pro — full access to all platform features including unlimited coaching sessions, VIP events, investor introductions, and premium support.

Feature availability within each tier may change over time. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable prior notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will take effect at the start of your next renewal period.

All payments on INVIT Network are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid membership plan, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).

All prices are displayed and charged in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with your membership, you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. Refund requests should be sent to info@invitnetwork.com. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or share on INVIT Network, including posts, comments, profile information, and messages ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant INVIT Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account, except where your content has been shared with or referenced by other members.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or harassing.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material not authorised by INVIT.
• Contains false or misleading information about your identity, qualifications, or affiliations.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

When using INVIT Network, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten any other member or staff of INVIT Network.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or extract data from the platform without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to INVIT Network.
• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk communications to other members.
• Share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through INVIT events, coaching sessions, or private member interactions without the explicit consent of all parties involved.
• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Violations of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

INVIT Network hosts in-person and virtual events for its members. When you book an event through the platform, your booking is considered binding and constitutes a commitment to attend.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel an event booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled event time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by INVIT.

Events are subject to capacity limits. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to higher-tier members where applicable. We reserve the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, or format, with reasonable notice.

For virtual events, access links will be provided via the platform or email prior to the event. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection to participate. Virtual event access links are personal and must not be shared with non-members.

INVIT Network provides access to coaching sessions with vetted professionals through the platform. All coaching sessions must be booked through the INVIT platform.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel a coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to the full session fee.

Coaching content, advice, and guidance provided through INVIT Network are for informational and educational purposes only. Coaching does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. Coaches are independent professionals and not employees of INVIT Network. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any coaching engagement.

You acknowledge that any decisions made based on coaching sessions are your own responsibility.

All intellectual property rights in the INVIT Network platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, user interface, source code, algorithms, and original content, are owned by INVIT Network Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its underlying technology without our express written permission.

User Content remains the intellectual property of the respective user, subject to the licence granted under Section 6 of these Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using INVIT Network, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other members or the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access and use INVIT Network will immediately cease. Any outstanding fees owed will remain payable. We may, at our discretion, retain or delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at info@invitnetwork.com. We will process your request and delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INVIT Network Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

INVIT Network is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to INVIT Network in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of INVIT Network after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
